Where the ranch is the resort

A regenerative cattle farm and wellness community opening in the fall of 2027
A quality-of-life lifestyle

Land, food, community, and craftsmanship — one place built from the authentic values of the American West.

The Lucky 13 sits in a quiet valley between two wilderness mountain ranges — a peaceful place of big vistas, colorful sunrises, and the Milky Way as your nightly chandelier. With the working ranch as its foundation, we are building a regenerative farm, a destination resort, a historic saloon reborn as a wood-fired restaurant, and a country market — a community that grows, like any other crop, from the land.

A luxury RV resort

Two hundred eighty-eight fully entitled resort sites on the deeded heart of the ranch, minutes from Alamo Lake State Park. Organic orchards and gardens, a chef-led food program, wellness amenities, and architecture grown from the farm itself.

Why it matters
Things to do

Out here, the lake is just the beginning

Fish & float Alamo Lake

Arizona's best-kept bass fishery, 38 miles up the road — boating, kayaking, and lakeside camping without the crowds.

Ride two million acres

OHV trail networks stretch across the surrounding public lands — with Polaris Adventures outfitting, trailhead staging, and secure toy storage at the ranch.

See the Milky Way, nightly

Some of the darkest skies in the Southwest — stargazing programs, astrophotography, and sunsets that outdo the fireworks.

Gather all season long

Sunday brunch at the NahBone, bowling with the neighbors, snowbird winters, and The Party — our annual ranch weekend of live music and wood-fired feasting.
The table

Raised here. Butchered here. Cooked over fire.

Lucky 13 Beef is organic, grass-fed, and raised on our own range — processed with USDA-inspected partners and sold through our own butcher shop. Our culinary program is led by Chef Beau MacMillan, the Michelin-starred chef and Food Network personality behind the food and beverage program at The Sanctuary Resort & Spa.
“This is what real looks like.”
